BDR earns $100 when a booking is verified qualified — BANT met (Budget + Authority required) + intent + it sits, confirmed by the closer with AI corroboration. Earned/locked at the qualified booking, paid from the $500 on close (TLA fronts). No-shows & closer-disqualifies don't pay — that $100 rolls to the house.
