🔐 Owner-only. Role changes take effect immediately: the person's access updates the next time their page checks (usually within seconds). Granting Admin also grants Finance, so it always asks you to confirm first. Archive strips someone to Rep (no tool access) without deleting their sign-in or any of their historical commissions, deals or referrals, so you can restore them anytime. From the 🗄 Archive tab you can then delete permanently — but only if nothing real points at them. Anyone with a single commission, deal, booking or message to their name stays archived instead, because deleting them would leave those records pointing at somebody who no longer exists.
