One page per member: who gets paid for them, and what they cost us. How this page works

Two bands per member. 💸 Membership commission — the four legs for signing them up. 🧾 Vendor services — what their services cost TLA. Agent Assignment used to be a separate tab; it is these bands now, on the same card.
Three kinds of payment live here and they are not the same. A membership leg is a flat amount queued to a pay cycle. A vendor payment is a typed amount you send whenever you tick it. An insurance leg accrues month by month and is paid from Finance → Commission. Each has its own control on purpose — nothing here ticks the same way twice.
Four membership legs: RP brought the lead, SDR booked it, Closer closed it, CSR looks after them. Tap a slot to set who holds it; left on TLA means the house keeps that leg. An agent can only be assigned at their level or below, so a Closer can be someone's RP but never their CSR.
Three commission locks per member: 🤝 Membership, 🛡️ Insurance, 💰 Funding — the pills on the name row. Each source can only be queued in Finance → Commission once its own lock is on. 🤝 also queues the membership commission automatically — each held leg goes straight in for the next pay cycle, and the confirm tells you exactly what money that is; a slot with nobody named is TLA keeping that leg, and the confirm names those too. 🛡️ opens the insurance queue and freezes the policy leg assignments. 💰 opens TLA's funding receivables tracker (money coming IN — no rep is paid on funding). The locks are commission-only: vendor numbers never freeze. Unlocking a source with queued legs offers to cancel them; once a leg is marked paid you can't unlock — reverse or charge it back in Finance first.
Five services: CAP, Debt restructure, Entity, Insurance, Funding. A box only appears when the portal says the member is actually doing that service, or when you add it by hand — nobody gets five empty boxes.
The vendor is a choice, not the service name: CAP is Turbo or LGF, debt restructure is UCFS, LGF or TLA, entity is Tim or TLA. Pick one, or add a new one.
Amount and payment count are yours to set. Pick a saved pattern to fill them in, or type your own; 💾 saves whatever you have typed as a pattern everyone can reuse. Tick ongoing for a monthly cost with no end date.
Funding can be held more than once: an LGF tier upgrade is a second box that costs only the difference and carries the new backend %, so the original package stays exactly as it was.
INSURANCE is not a fixed price. It is what the agents are owed on the member's policy, worked out from the same figures as their own commission, so the two can't disagree.
The commission splits four ways, 25% each — Referral, Strategist, Writing agent and TLA — and every one of them lives in that box. Each is paid at that person's own contract level, so somebody on a lower contract leaves a spread, and the spread stays with TLA. Licensed agents only, because a leg is a share of insurance commission. A leg still showing a name from the sales side is marked inherited; pick someone to set it for the policy properly. Anything left unassigned stays with TLA.
A leg can be split 50/50, and TLA's own 25% can carry a name too. Tap the leg and pick 🤝 Split 50/50, or pick one person.
Somebody on payroll costs TLA nothing. Their leg is money that stays in the company with their name on it for the record — they draw their pay separately. Only a leg held by someone not on payroll is a real bill, and each leg says which it is: paid out or stays with TLA. The box total is what TLA actually owes, not the sum of every share.
Set a start date and the board works out how many payments should already have gone out. It only ever tells you — it never sends them on its own.
Tap a numbered payment to raise that one bill. Tap it again to withdraw it. (No lock needed — the locks are commission-only as of 2026-08-11.)
A sent cost becomes a real line on Finance → Vendors, so it counts in the weekly burn and the runway like any other bill. Insurance is the exception — an agent is not a vendor, so what they are owed is tracked and paid on Finance → Commission, on what has actually been earned so far rather than the whole 24 months.
Untick to withdraw it again, as long as nobody has marked it paid.
