For Credit, balance = amount currently owed (what you'd need to pay off), not available room. The Available column does that math for you. For Bank / Insurance commission, balance = cash sitting in the account right now. Min payment + due day are automatically added to the Expenses forecast below, no need to enter them twice as a separate expense. Minimum balance (if the bank charges a fee below it) is subtracted from what counts as available everywhere on this page, that cash was never really spendable.

1–5 payments splits the total evenly (last payment absorbs any rounding) across consecutive months starting with the due month you pick. Each installment shows up as its own line, so you track and delete them individually as they're paid. Weekly and monthly recurring keep charging until you delete them, or until the end you set — pick a number of payments and it works out the last date for you, and shows it before you add.

Linking their commission record only lets this tab show what their work has earned for TLA beside what TLA pays them. It never makes them owed anything.
